		<description>I&#039;ve found that even if Folio 1 is selected and the &quot;Bill To&quot; is left blank if no credit card is taken the reservation will guarantee to City Account instead of remaining &quot;Not Guaranteed&quot;.  This is especially true if the reservation was made through the Call Centre and the guest did not provide a credit card when the resrevation was made.  This poses a problem at our property (Gimli, MB) as we have a lot of &quot;Call In Groups&quot; where the individual is responsible for their own accommocaations and we do not have a 4pm or 6pm hold here.  Since the group is NOT responsible, is there any way to avoid having these reservations come up as &quot;Guaranteed to City Account&quot;?</description>
