This is especially true if the reservation was made through the Call Centre and the guest did not provide a credit card when the resrevation was made. This poses a problem at our property (Gimli, MB) as we have a lot of "Call In Groups" where the individual is responsible for their own accommocaations and we do not have a 4pm or 6pm hold here. Since the group is NOT responsible, is there any way to avoid having these reservations come up as "Guaranteed to City Account"?
